Our Policies

Covid 19

💜 Please do not enter the salon until you are told to do so by myself or one of my colleagues.

💜 Do not enter the salon if you suspect you have COVID symptoms, are awaiting pcr test results or if the government have asked that you self isolate.

💜 Attending your appointment means you are declaring that you do not have
- a temperature
- New, continuous cough
- Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
- And haven’t been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19.

💜Please attend your appointment alone and on time.

💜Upon arrival please sanitise your hands at the designated area. Keep a hold of your belongings, these will have to stay with you for your appointment.

💜We will escort you to your styling seat, unfortunately our waiting area is not in use.

💜 We will fill in our Track and Trace contact sheet with you.

💜 Please bring a mask that you don’t mind getting hairy and/or tinted

💜We will not be able to provide tea, coffee or magazines however will have bottled water available.

💜Payments and re-booking will happen as normal.

💜 We will be in full PPe but will still provide the same professional and friendly service as always!!

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policies are slightly varied for each stylist/ therapist. should you wish to find out more please contact them directly via the meet the team section of the website.

Marie - when booking an appointment with Marie you will be asked to confirm your booking with card details. in doing so you are accepting that should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 30% of your appointment. Cancellations prior to 48 hrs of your  appointment will not be charged. Please note this also includes cancellations due to Covid19 and Isolation.
